    1. Content Accuracy: The core topics, tools, or skills promised in the course descriptions are either not covered or substantially underrepresented (e.g., less than 75% of the advertised content is covered).
    1. Learning Outcomes: The advertised outcomes, such as certification, mastery of specific skills, or preparation for examinations, are not achievable based on the course structure and content provided, assuming reasonable effort and engagement by the student.
  3. Duplicate Charge: A student is charged more than once for the same course due to a billing error.
  4. Quality Issues: The course materials or instructional quality is substandard, containing numerous errors or outdated information that undermines the educational value. Outdated information refers to content that is more than year old in comparison to the time that specific information, or feature of a tool, was officially released by the provider and has become deprecated.
  5. Legal Non-Compliance: The course or its delivery method does not comply with applicable local educational laws or regulations, affecting the student’s rights or the validity of the course.
